CONSSULT, in its capacity as Project Manager, is preparing for the preliminary takeover of the Kattameya Technology Center, an administration building in the New Cairo 1st District, comprising six stories and a basement over a total built up area of approximately 8,000 m2. Construction commenced in May 2008 and is scheduled for completion by the end of January 2010.

CONSSULT has been contracted by CONRAD HOTEL CAIRO to carry out the initial budgeting and scheduling for the refurbishment of the guestrooms and public areas. The project consists of approximately 620 guestrooms/suites and 9,000 m2 of public areas.
